3. Quotations and Estimates

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotations are subject to site inspection and final verification. Changes to system specifications may result in adjusted pricing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• • 30% advance payment upon order confirmation
• • 40% payment before installation
• • 30% payment upon project completion

5. Installation Timeline

Installation timelines are estimates and subject to weather conditions, material availability, and regulatory approvals. We will make reasonable efforts to complete installation within the agreed timeframe. Delays beyond our control will not be grounds for contract cancellation without mutual agreement.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide:

• • 25-year manufacturer warranty on solar panels
• • 10-year warranty on inverters and batteries
• • 5-year workmanship warranty on installation

7. Maintenance Responsibility

The customer is responsible for routine maintenance after installation. We offer optional maintenance packages. Lack of proper maintenance may void certain warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gupta Solar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to the following:

• • Within 7 days of order: 50% refund of advance payment
• • After 7 days: Non-refundable advance payment
• • After installation begins: No refund applicable

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and materials on our website and in our proposals are the intellectual property of Gupta Solar and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
